The new Kissimmee counseling office extends Residing Hope's evidence-based trauma treatment services — including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and EMDR — to families in Osceola County, the third outpatient location alongside DeBary and Plant City.

The Madison Youth Ranch, located on 100 acres in Madison County, Florida, celebrates ten years of providing EAGALA-certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to children who have experienced complex trauma. The Ranch has served hundreds of youth since its founding, many of whom had not responded to traditional talk therapy.

After more than a century as the Florida United Methodist Children's Home, the organization formally adopted the name Residing Hope — reflecting its belief that hope is not a distant aspiration but something that can dwell within every child and family served.

Residing Hope has received reaccreditation from the EAGLE Accreditation Commission, the primary faith-based nonprofit accreditor in the United States. The reaccreditation process involved a comprehensive review of governance, financial management, human resources, and program quality across all six service lines.

Residing Hope's licensed foster care program, established in 2002, has served hundreds of children in Volusia, Flagler, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The program provides PRIDE-trained foster families, therapeutic support, and 24/7 crisis response.

Twelve young adults aged 18–23 completed Residing Hope's Independent Living Program in the spring 2023 cohort — the largest graduating class in the program's history. Graduates received support in housing, employment, education, financial literacy, and life skills development.
